The tire granulation line is engineered to produce high-quality crumb rubber (1~5mm) for diverse applications, while efficiently liberating 99.9% of steel wires and nylon fibers. This advanced system combines a tire shredder, rasper, granulator, magnetic separator, and nylon separator, all seamlessly integrated and controlled by a smart PLC system for optimal performance.

Machine Details

1.Tire wire debeader machine is designed to draw the tire wires out before going to the double shaft shredder. It can deal with 50-60 tires per hour. The size of the tire can be reached to 1200mm.
2.The Tires Shredder is a powerful machine which can crush the steel wire radial tires into rubber blocks of about 50*50mm. It is used to crush and remove waste tires with steel wire rings. 
3.Waste Tire Recycling Rubber Granule Making Machine is adopting physical recycling method and is designed to grind the rubber mulch from the rasper into small granules as fine as 1-6mm. The granules are screened and re-circulated until the desired size is reached.
